About

Here’s the deal.

My name is Sophie. (Hi! Welcome!)

I like to write. And I’m also kind of good at it, specifically for audiences of women. If you’re a woman-owned business, a woman entrepreneur, or you create products and services for (you guessed it…women), keep reading.

A detail-oriented and visionary creative, I’m a messaging strategist, and as a communicator at my core, with both a keen editorial eye and the ability to draft copy that draws others in…and moves them to action. Because, from copywriting to editing to proofreading — and just about everything in between — I’m a whizz with words.

Currently the editor in chief of digital publication Godly Today, as well as the director of communications for Miller Global Enterprises, I am your go-to for everything messaging and positioning.

With a background in and natural lean toward editorial content (like long-form blog posts, interview-based and journalistic articles), I’m also highly trained and skilled in sales copy. In fact, I believe that no form of writing isn’t a sales piece — if I’m writing a social media caption, I want you to follow me. A nurture email? I’m providing exceptional content so you’re more inclined to buy from me in the future. And novels = page after page of persuasion to buy into my story, so much so that you forget your very reality.

If that isn’t sales, then I don’t know what is.

I have experience in writing for beauty companies (like Julep Beauty), local magazines featuring small businesses and nonprofits (Queen Anne Neighbors), data and tech companies even your grandma has heard of (Comcast!), and webinar-and-marketing-oriented online programs (The One University, a business unit of Miller Global Enterprises).

If you need help in anything copywriting, ghost writing, social media marketing, proofreading, or editing, look down. Or to the right, if you’re on desktop. That’s me. And I’m your girl.

P.S. I’m certified by Digital Marketer in direct-response copywriting. Not to sound like State Farm, but…you’re in good hands.
